Under supervision from assigned supervisory or management staff, performs a variety of office support, clerical, and routine secretarial duties of a general or specialized nature in support of the function to which assigned; provides word processing and data entry support; maintains a variety of files and records; and provides information and assistance to students, faculty, staff, and the general public. May receive technical training and work direction from an academic bargaining unit program supervisor, an executive assistant, or an administrative assistant.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Education/training equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade and
Two years of general clerical experience preferably involving extensive public contact.
Knowledge of office procedures, methods, and equipment including computers and applicable software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and databases. Basic principles of business letter writing and basic report preparation. Principles and practices used to establish and maintain files and information retrieval systems. Principles, practices, and procedures of basic fiscal, statistical, and administrative record keeping. Basic principles and techniques used in public relations including methods and techniques of proper receptionist and telephone etiquette. Basic mathematical concepts. Work organization principles and practices. English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and vocabulary.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Driver is responsible for supplying transportation services to students and performing general maintenance duties throughout the year.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrates and abides by the Company Core Values and the operating principles.
Transport students by bus and automobile to various vocational sites, medical centers, recreational activities, courts, etc.
Transports equipment and/or commodities to the center.
Inspects and reports on the mechanical condition of vehicles.
Maintains accurate and complete trip reports of each use of any vehicle.
Attends required staff training sessions.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum - Some high school. Ability to fluently read and write English. Model company Core Values
Preferred - Six months work related experience preferred.
General Requirements - Must possess valid State driver’s. Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certificate. Ability to operate power tools. Must have a valid Driver License. Must obtain and possess a valid CDL, Class B w/passenger endorsement license within 6 months from date of hire.

Westwood College in Atlanta - Northlake campus is looking for Adjunct Faculty for our Medical Assisting program.
Summary Of Job Description
Instruct and implement the Medical Assistant Associate Degree Program courses in compliance with the curriculum standards and objectives
Essential Functions
Teach one or more courses within the Program / CAAHEP syllabi requirements.
Implement daily lesson plans for students to include scheduled activities and course materials.
Work with individual students or groups of students on special instructional projects.
Prepare and deliver lecture and lab demonstrations as outlined in curriculum and lesson plans.
Evaluate the performance of students regarding achievements in curriculum and assignments, and make necessary provisions to meet their learning needs.
Maintain student attendance and grades in accordance with established policies. Prepare final grades at the end of each term.
Assist and counsel students with academic problems.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor degree or higher in the subject area of the course assigned to be taught + a minimum of four years of work experience related directly to the subject area of the course assigned to be taught, OR
Bachelor degree not in the subject area of the course assigned to be taught + at least 18 semester or 27 quarter credit hours in the subject area of the course assigned to be taught + a minimum of four years of work experience related directly to the subject area of the course assigned to be taught.
Ability to perform the tasks and skills the student is being taught.
Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program with at least 2 years of job-related training and experience is required.
National Certification, current licenses, certifications etc as required for teaching in the field.
Must be multi-task oriented, organized, and energetic; dedicated, motivated, and willing to work flexible hours and days.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
Knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point and other computer skills is required.
There is scope to teach general education courses as well, if having Masters degree in a closely related field.
